I received gastric bypass surgery in July of 2007 and feel great. I have really started to slow down in my weight loss to the point of even a platue. As of Dec. 08 my doctor feels I am on the right track and need to drop about 30 more lbs. and then maybe consider having some skin removal and tucking. I am excited to meet some great people, share experiences, get some pointers, be motivated, and motivate others.

To be healthy, inside and out! I want to be between 150-160 lbs. Have more energy, make better choices, and put me first when my health counts.

My Program:
 I had gastric bypass surgery in July of 07, I have increased my exercise routine and modified my diet.
