April 09 - after completely falling off the wagon.. back up in the 220's.

May 08 - trying to keep my weight under control for my sister's wedding.. i was just under 200.

August 07 - after 2 mos at my new job, i stopped dieting completely.. i was about 185 here.

I'm returning to Spark People and healthy living after being on hiatus for a year and a half. I had previously lost 40 pounds and have managed to gain back every single pound.. :( My life's been a little crazy, but I'm trying to regain some order, and that includes my physical health as well as spiritual and emotional. So here's to a new me.. again! ;)

My Goals:
Daily Goals:
* stay within my fat/calorie limits
* drink 64 oz of water
* drink no more than one diet coke
* exercise no less than 20 minutes
* log in to SparkPeople (track nutrition & fitness)
* spend time with the Lord (prayer & Bible reading)
* get in bed no later than midnight

My Program:
I'm just trying to lead a healthy lifestyle. I'm trying to eat healthy foods that I enjoy, drink plenty of water, exercise daily, get plenty of rest/sleep, and spend an adequate amount of time with God.

Personal Information:
I'm almost 27 and single, so I figure now is the perfect time to develop a healthy way of living. I have no husband or children to take care of, so I have no excuse not to take good care of myself.

I love people..from small children to the elderly. I am an Activity Director in a nursing home through the week and a youth worker in my church on the weekends.
