New Year - New Me under Construction!
My life is taking alot of twists and turns lately. I need to get myself back to eating healthy and getting fit. I have come to the conclusion that I can not do this alone. I need the daily support of this site. I will be starting out slowly. I will be moving and eating healthy. Here are my goals -
Goals
Drink 10 glasses of water daily
Eat more fruits and veggies
Workout daily
Not let other sabotage me and steal my Spark

My main goal is to eat healthy and get moving. My weight goal is to reach 140 pounds.
