    You have come to a great place to learn about emotional eating and how to combat it. Depression is such an anchor that weighs you down and I have found that power walking keeps mine at bay.
    Exercise produces endorphin which is the feel good hormone. If you can push yourself to start, you will know the feeling of accomplishment and lift some of your depression. Hopefully it will be able to go away with fitness and prevent the necessity for medication.
