I'm with you, HDALRY011. I'm tired of trying to suck it in, it doesn't work anyway! I've grown out of all my clothes and have had to spend money to buy new ones. I don't want to have to replenish my entire wardrobe so I can keep on gaining so the only thing I can do is start losing weight. By doing it in a healthy way through healthy food and exercise I will feel great while I'm doing it and look better in those old clothes than I did when they fit before. 1874 days ago

Take your time to explore all the resources available for you here. It can seem overwhelming because there are so many resources to choose from. Two to consider using are the Nutrition and Fitness Trackers. Also, check out Spark Teams under the COMMUNITY Tab. Do searches on your goals, interests, hobbies, whatever. Then join one, two or more Spark teams. You'll enjoy getting to know these folks and giving and getting lots of encouragement along the way. It's all good. Enjoy the journey!
