I'm a 26 yr. old who also works full time. I dont't have a lot of time during the day, and I'm on an extremely tight budget! I need to lose these extra 30 pounds. I've lost 15 so far. Woo Hoo LET'S DO THIS THING!

Fitness Minutes: 1,264

My Goals:
Drink at least 80 oz. of water a day.

Go for a 30-45 min walk or run or bike ride at least once a day.

Stretch before I go to sleep and when I wake up.

My Program:
I'm eating 1300-1500 calories a day, I drink 80 oz. or more water a day, I'm giving myslef a pep talk every morning, stretching when I wake up and before I go to sleep, I'm body sculpting tues and thurs, and have cardio Mon, Wed, and Saturdays. I have Fridays and Sundays as my rest days.

Personal Information:
You can call me havi! I love all kinds of movies, but my favorites are anything from Quinton Tarrentino! I'm just a movie buff, you name it, i've probably seen it.

I love to read books too, my favs are from Steven King.

My passion is dancing! Nothing makes me feel more alive or intuned with my body.

I'm open minded, and down to try almost everything at least once!

Other Information:
I've written a contract to myself listing all the goals, what I need to do to reach those goals, and the consequences if I don't. I ended it with a nice picture of a fat lady with lots of cellulite! (That's "what I'll look like if I don't stick to the contract")
Finally, I wrote my boyfriend a $400 check. If I break the contract, he gets to cash in!

    I just wanted to stop by and say keep up the great work. I am part of your beach body challenge and I have to say that what you are doing on their is simply amazing.
