Greetings and welcome to my page. My name is Patricia and you can call me Patricia. Just kidding all my friends call me Patti. I've made up in my mind many times that I would lose weight. If I could share one piece of advice I would say create groupings. Groupings allow you to:
--Enter food quickly into your menu for the day
--It then becomes a recipe for future meals
--Doing so just makes life easier

My Goals:
I'm keeping my program/goals simple. Loving & learning to juice and eat the majority of my meals that are not processed. Not always easy but it is doable :-)

My Program:
11/19/12 I'm officially back on Weight Watchers!

I also take my lunch to work everyday. It saves me money and I know what's in it.

11/19/12 stopped juicing

Drink 10 cups of water a day.
Take my lunch to work 99% of the time.
Not compare my program to others.

Personal Information:
Recently diagnosed w/Plantar Fasciitis.

I have medicine controlled high cholesterol and high blood pressure.

48 years young

I quit smoking cigarettes 5 yrs. ago and now trying to get myself in tip top shape.

I was a WW girl and did pretty well. So I'm incorporating things that worked for me and applying it to my current weight-loss goals.

    Lol I just finished leaving you a comment on your latest blog, then I go to your home page and read stuff and laughed because of the couple other things we have in common. #1. I am a total juicer and smoothie girl. #2. I use to smoke... Yep, I was a closet smoker, only did it at my moms house... But I was visiting her daily, I quit I think 3 years ago, I just stopped buying them...hence I quit. Lol. And lastly, I've got stupid plantar fasciitis. Aggghh, hate it. I had the morning pain when I was super heavy and it was only in the morning for a few minutes, then I lost weight and in June I was sprinting to the finish line while running with my husband, and POP... I pulled the darn thing. It still bothers me to this day. After sitting for a while when I get up I limp like a dork for a minute or so. And I'm back to limping every morning for a bit. My ortho said it takes quite a while to heal up. I do a lot of stretches, use this cool bumpy massage thing and use Lemongrass essential oil. So even those I'm afflicted with this I am still able to run and run long. Just thought I'd share our commonalities. Chat with you later!!
