It has been awhile since i have updated my spark page. The last 6 months have been full of trials. In October I got married and I think all thes trials have proven how strong our relationship is. Shortly after the weding my husband hurt his back, we barely finished getting him through physical therapy and I tore my acl in my left kne. For the frist month I could'nt put any weight on it. After 4 mon ths of therapy I can walk for more than 5 minutes as long as I wear my brace, thankfully the weather is nice, and winter is over for good, so I can get out side to walk.

I have been travelling a long hard road. Depression and PTSD had ruled my life for so long. 2years ago I found a wonderful therapy class that has taught me skills to take back control of my life. Through hard work I have came a long way and even trusted enough to get married again. My plans I had for my life did not turn out, but God took me down a path of his design. I am so glad I did not resist it. I found my husband who is more than I deserve. You cannot ask for a better, sweeter, and self sacrificing husband.
Now I decided that I need to work hard to improve my health. I have already seen what hard work and dedication can do . Now I have skills to help manage the depression and PSTD, it is time to learn skills for a better health.

hi all. I'm starting all over again.

I keep getting off track. Recently I got married and during the preperations I dropped everything except the wedding.
I need alot of encouragement!
I'm a Us Army veteran, and struggle with ptsd, depression and bi-polar. I have came along way with terapy. Now that my emotional health is improving I want to improve my all over health.

hi there I'm 32 and found out I had pre cancerouse c`ells and have back problem, this motivate me to loose weight. I'm also an us army veteran.

Time has went by fast. I have recently quit smoking. I love cats and have three of them.

I am a cat lover. I love lots of crafts including stamping, scrapbooking, card making, crocheting, knitting and most recently spinning my own yarn.
