HI. Fell of the wagon....AGAIN. Guess I didnt prove too much to her (see below), but I am back at it!

1-15-2011 As you can see ffrom below, this is my third time on Spark. This time I am out to prove my new doctor wrong. Seh claims I have to have surgey to get this under control - lets see how I do. I just have to remember - every day is a win!

2008 [I have struggled with my weight my whole life.
In 2006, I lost 40 lbs and have no idea how. I was partying, drinking lots, eating crap, etc.
Since then, I have gained 20 lbs of it back and realize I have to do something stat! I didnt do much about it because even though I remember how horribe I felt at my highest weight in 06, 350 lbs.]

2009 [ :( For the first time ever, I have put a tremendous effort into getting healthier, but I have actually gained weight. I am going to give this a try and see if this works!!!
I know this will be a slower process for me than most because I already eat healthier than most, but I have yet to find "activity" I love, so that is my new goal!!]

I will overcome this!
I will be stronger than before my accident!
I will eat to live not live to eat. I am from the south, so this will be interesting. LOL

Ok I changed these a bit based on the fact that the original ones were unrealistic.....

My Goals:
I think my ultimate goal would be to get to 175. I would be really happy at 250 though. My goal right now is to get to below 300. I started trying to loose weight at 309 but I am now at 380.
This goals are total estimates but lets see how I do.

My Program:
I usually have zero will power, so I have decided to just start with walking and lots of water!
Tracking my food and going for high fiber, high protein.



Personal Information:
It is always hard to write (or for a pun "right")something about yourself, but in short:

I am 27, soon to be 28. I am orignally from FL but moved to CA in 2007. I am in love with a great man.
I want to be able to sit on his lap and hike with him and have his healthy children.

UPDATE: The wonderful man mentioned above married me and I continued to get heavier, so sad. I am now 30 and would like to make a positive change before I am 31.


Other Information:
I am determind to be healthier before I start a family! or so I can even start a family!
