Hello, My name is Greyash. I just got married on March 12, 2011 and I couldn't be more excited! Myhusband is the most amazing man I've ever met, and I can't wait to spend my life with him. I have struggled with weight my entire life and now that I'm getting married, thinking about having children in the next couple years, I want to get into the best shape I can and lose all this weight I've been carrying for so long. I have adopted the Atkins way of life and I think this will be the best way to go for me. If you're in the same situation or are just losing weight feel free to send me a message or a comment.

I also want to put on here why I want to lose weight, oh there are sooo many reasons. I guess I'll just list my favorites.

Reasons for losing weight
1. Being able to fit into better clothes
2. not being the "fat friend"
3. only taking head shots
4. getting the dreaded "you have such a pretty/great face/personality"
5. being able to fit all the way into our smaller tub.
6. fitting into a booth at a restaurant comfortably
7. not having to make sure equipment can hold my weight
8. not hearing chairs, couches, ect creak when I'm on them
9. being able to go sky diving (250 lbs)
10. getting the sad look when my mom looks at me
11. able to sit on a porch swing
12. have more energy
13. being able to fit into cute clothes
14. not buying clothes in the "plus size" section
15. cute undies
16. better/prettier shoes! I love heels
17. getting weird looks when I buy healthy groceries
18. Not get the side-eye when I occasionally order a soda with dinner.
19. Being able to fit into a roller coaster ride
20. go to a theme park
21. being able to have children healthy
22. able to run around with my dog
23. having my husband able to pick me up
24. weighing less than my husband
25. Able to walk long distances without chaffing
26. able to actually enjoy myself at the beach.
27. not being afraid I can't fit in a plane seat
28. be able to sit on my knees without them getting sore.
29. able to start running or jogging.
30. to be able to sit cross legged in my chair at work (I know it's silly but it's true.) lol
31. to be able to cross my legs.

My Goals:
My main goal right now is to lose weight and to ultimately get down to 130lbs. I want to change my body from an unhealthy one to a fit and healthy one.

My Program:
I am doing Atkins and cutting carbs seems to be the way to go for me.

Well, my name is Greyash, and I'm 25 y/o. I just got married to my husband 3/12/11. My dog is my child (right now) I'm getting healthy now so in a few years when my husband and I are ready to have children, I'll be healthy and ready.
