    Hey!! How's it going??? I'm still running and all that, but I'm not really doing anything but gaining weight because I can't get control over my eating habits. On my lunch breaks I go home and inhale my whole kitchen... it's not good! I just need to take some time to create a plan and STICK to it!!!

    Hey Girlie!! No, I didn't reach my weight goal, but I atually looked lean in the pictures. Muscular.... etc. I just want the scale to drop! I've been emotinal-eating a lot lately because I went through ANOTHER breakup! Oh, boys. They make you fat when they're with you, and they make you fat when they're gone. emoticon

    Yumm.. Food is so good! I have a love/hate relationship with it. I'll get on the scale and see something scary and then I'll skip a meal or two and then binge making it worse for me in the long run. I really need help with portion control! Any tips?

    I know!! You can be my running buddy! Haha, only if we had a transporter.

    Anyways, I have a set of dumbells! I need to start learning some strength moves to do at home on my own so I wont have to fork out cash to go join a gym and drive to it all the time.

    Do you do any DVDs? I've done a little pilates and I have a Women's Health train for youe body type DVD that I use sometimes.

    try calorie king.com or just googling it. When you go to enter your food theres a button called "enter a food not listed". I use that a lot. I have a huuuge database of stuff i entered. A lot of restaraunts have their nutritional information on their websites. Starbucks had lots of info in their site.

    Good for you for doing strength training! I just graduated, so now I can't use my campus's gym anymore so all I've done for strength is a workout video like once a week.

    I know how you feel being super busy. The best thing is to get yourself out of bed in the morning and do it as long as you've had at least 7 hours of sleep. I've been going on short 2 mile morning runs with my boyfriend in the morning because he's worried about his heart health. (yay! i finally got through to him!) And those have been great ways to start the day. Plus I have more energy to do someting like a workout video later in the day.

    I have a lot of time for it right now, though, since im currently unemployed and job hunting.

    Good luck! Logging food sucks. I dont do it every days because I'm laxy, but if i do it most days out of the week, i think thats a good start for now :)

    Hey do you have a summer vacation coming up? I don't this year, but last year I used Vegas as motivation and it really realllly helped me get moving! emoticon
