Introduction Text My highest weight was 200 lbs in July 2019. That is considered obese based on my height. I joined spark to track my food and have been motivated by fellow sparkers in many ways. During this time I am going through marriage difficulties and not aging as gracefully as I thought I would. I am no where near my goal weight. However I am exercising 6 days per week and truthfully tracking everything I eat and drink. The support and encouragement from my fellow sparkers helps me a lot.
