Sticking with it!!

Been away a long time but this was where it started for me on a whim...glad I am a spur of the moment person..Hope all of my buddies on here have been doing great too!! Sorry I have been away for so long but I have been extremely busy and not nearly as much time for the computer!

My Goals:
I just wanna reclaim the body i had before breaking my back. I am 6' 2" and weigh around 280 ..trying to get to 250!!

My Program:
I had to start slow because of a recent back surgery...but lately I have been getting much stronger. I do long vigorous walks, lift weights, and lots of stretching exercises.

Doing ok...almost under 200 it is just so hard to lose weight now and I have never hard to work so hard before for anything...so I am a little sad it is so rough and draining but it is coming off....slowly!!!!!! How are you??
