Wife, mother, massage therapist, friend, neighbor, volunteer, Lab lover, used to be a science geek, used to consider myself an athlete...out to prove a girl could be strong, competative, and desirable without being butch or a bimbo...lost track of that girl these last 15 years of so. I'm determined to reclaim the 49 year old version of that 25 year old!

My Goals:
I want to feel and look fit. Feel good riding a bike, playing tennis, climbing bleachers, dressing up and going out with friends, doing yardwork...making love. Look good riding a bike, playing tennis, climbing bleachers, dressing up and going out with friends, doing yardwork...making love!
What that exact weight or size will be, I don't really know...or care. I think its a process and a fluid place rather than a concrete, static goal. I know I shouldn't expect my 49 yr old body to look like my 25 year old body, or someone elses 49 year old body. I just don't know what I can achieve...why set limits?!?


My Program:
Right now I don't seem to have a 'program'...that might be part of the problem, eh?
In an IDEAL WORLD "I go to the gym (2 blocks away) as often as I can to do cardio (use HR monitor) and weights. Walk the dog a mile each morning Drink water from a 3 cup container several times a day. Pack my lunch and snacks for the day."
NOW TO FIND A PROGRAM FOR MY LIFE!!!



Personal Information:
Late 40's. Married. 2kids. 1 dog. Work weekends as well as being self employed.
Live in Minnesota.
Love to sweat. Would rather do yardwork than housework! Like to cook, read, walk, talk.
