I've done it before. I gained it all back. So I must grind through it again and try to learn along the way. Leaving pictures up for motivation. Here we go.

Start: 03/25/2018, 257 pounds
Goal: 180 pounds


Member Since: 12/16/2011

Fitness Minutes: 19,364

My Goals:
Start: March 25. 257 lbs. Feel awful. Hard to get out of bed. No energy.

Goal 1: 233 lbs - Down 24 pounds. Gets me out of the Obese BMI category.

Goal 3: 215 lbs - 42 pounds down, back to where I was in Summer 2017.

Goal 4: 200 lbs - Minus 57 pounds from my start of 03/25/2018. Build the ceiling.

Goal 5: 194 lbs - Gets my BMI below 25 and into the "healthy" range.

Goal 6: 186 lbs - The lowest I got in 2012 before my son was born. Best shape of my life.


My Program:
Calories in: Track everything I eat and keep the calories within my range while making healthy choices.

Calories out: Complete Couch to 5K program to get back into running shape. Once the distance is comfortable again, work on 5K time.
