    How was your week? Did you overdo? Are you having second thoughts about doing this?

    DON'T. You will make some mistakes but you can just start over. You have us to help you along the way.

    Plan for this new week. Maybe keep an emotion journal for the week. Write down how you feel when you eat what you are eating.

    Mix up your exercise. Maybe try 3 ten minute sessions or add in a new routine.

    You are improving and learning and I am so proud of you.

    Life has its ups and downs. We have to decide how to handle what comes our way. We may "give up" for a bit but we will return to the right path.
    We have worked too long and too hard to fully give up.
    Learn from your mistakes and move on.

    Today begins your new week. You will make it one of your best.
    You are working hard to lose some weight, exercise and eat healthy. You know what to do and that you must keep a positive attitude.
    Strive to do your best. Remember your goals and if you don't have one for July, make one.
    If you need help we are here to support you.
    Challenge yourself to walk a few steps more drink a sip or two more of water, and to plan a meal or more and eat at home.
    You are in control and I am proud of all your efforts.

    The weekend is over and if you strayed from your eating plan keep it in the past and start fresh today.

    Enjoy some of the bounty from the earth. Fresh fruits and veggies. Make a new recipe and maybe read an interesting article.

    Remember that less is more and that you are making a difference in your life and in the lives of your teammates.

    Plan your meals for the week if not on paper then in your mind. Focus on eating healthy and incorporate some brown foods and whole grain and whole wheat this week.

    Cut back on red foods and try some fish, chicken and turkey.

    Be creative and use colorful foods. Set up a picnic on the floor.

    Enjoy your family and tell them that they are important to you.
