I did reach my one weight goal on Sept 1, 2007..10% of my weight

Here I go once again starting to get some of this weight off.

Today is Feb 25....five weeks till Easter....I might as well give it another go at it again

My Goals:
I am looking at this weight loss differently now..

Just trying for a few lbs each month at a steady pace..

My Program:
 I am walking at least two miles a day with my husband of 58 years. We have filled up a whole jar of coins that we have found on our morning walks. We found $78.43 in two years.


Personal Information:
My husband & I have lived in WI for 58 years. We both were born in Marquette, Mi. We have 4 children (three daughters and one son).
