    Thanks for your comments on the new member vegan site. On Tuesday, I bought some flaxseed wraps, veggies, and vegan cheese(made from coconut oil). Enjoy the vegan cheese with Triscuits. Also, had some melted on seed bread toast (delicious). Tonight, I put some with tomato slices on Amy's vegan pizza. Also, did some wraps with yellow peppers, small cucumbers, and spring mix, plus on each wrap was a slice of the cheese. I added Litehouse Poppy seed dressing, which I was surprised was only 3 grams of fat per serving. (However, I haven't checked yet to see whether that has mayonnaise in it, and thus would include eggs) It is nice to have a new range of ideas for what is possible with this way of eating.

    I'm still hoping to get around to a style of eating that will reverse heart disease, which means, from what I've read, that it has to be very low fat, even the "healthy" fats. I still want to hold on to the fish and nonfat dairy. Glenn
