I'm super excited for you, and I'm looking forward to following you on your journey!! Kick some butt, girl! You can do it!! Have lots of fun along the way too! Find exercises you enjoy, and eat foods you enjoy too! Life is too short to stress over that stuff. Be kind to yourself "when" you have a bump in the road, and get back on track as soon as you can. It's all about figuring out what's working and what needs to get kicked to the curb. One way does not fit all.
