Introduction Text I am happy to report that I have been injury free for ONE YEAR!!!!! First time since 2008 that I can say that. I spent all of 2009 and 2010 with various running injuries! But, no more. Now I'm going to try to get fitter, thinner and faster!

Get rid of the imbalance that I have between my right and left leg that leaves me injured. Learn how to deal with supination in my right foot. Incorporate more cross training into my training routine. Get at least one PR in 2011.
