    emoticon Thank you for taking the time to read and respond to my blog "Dear Sheila..." I didn't realize how much writing it would help me remember the positive things about my Spark journey or how it would make me think about trying things that worked before. It was a hard one to write, but I tried to be very honest with myself.

    Definitely sign up for the September challenge - it's not how much you do, it's the fact that you're doing something! The team chat and support is extremely important and helps keep us going. If you are having a really bad week, you can opt out for that week - I've done that in several challenges.
    Have you tried rolling cold pop/soda cans with your feet? That really helped mine when I was working. Those hard floors did a real number on my feet and ankles. Has you salt intake increased? i can see swelling in my ankles as soon as I have too much salt. Do you sit all day at work? There are some exercises to increase blood flow to the ankles/feet and it's recommended that you do them a few minutes every hour or so. Do you want me to see if I can find the site and send it to you?
