This is about my 4th time on this rollercoaster and each time I get sick and depressed. I'm TIRED of this damn ride and I'm GETTING OFF and STAYING OFF!

NO MORE wearing sweatpants or jeans with elastic! NO MORE hiding my body in oversized shirts! And NO MORE avoiding mirrors because I don't like what I see. NO MORE staying in the house because I don't have any clothes that fit right. NO MORE!!

YES TO wearing cute jeans with sequence on them and cute sweatsuits. YES TO looking in the mirror and saying, um, is that me? DAMN, I look GREAT!

YES TO eating right, exercising and being healthy. YES TO being the BEST POSSIBLE ME. YES!! YES!!!

NOTE: As you can see there is a 7 year gap of pictures. I stop taking pictures. I stopped liking how I looked and how I felt. And the few pictures that I have taken are usually just head shots. They are either deleted or cut up and thrown away.

Look at me now, I actually asked my son to take these pictures. I'm not going to be ashamed of myself and I'm not going to hide my body anymore and , I WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW, I'M COMIN OUT, I'VE GOT TO LET IT SHOW!

healthier, happy and lighter, so that I may live to see my son grow into a happy and responsible man.


My Program:
** Drinking 8 servings of water each day.

** Logging on to SP each day and using every resource they have that's available to me.

** Exercise each day for at least 30-45 min.

** Stop smoking.

** Walking 10,000 steps a day.
