I'm a 38 years old spoonie that lives with a lot of health issues which I'm pretty positive about in the sense that I deal and incorporate them in my life and work with them instead of against them.
My body is in bad shape especially since last October were I injured myself and it turned out to be a chronic thing related to severe osteoarthritis in my back. So I want to loose weight to get fitter and healthier and help release some of the pressure of the weight on my body.

Lost about 70-75 pounds and maintained them since 2012 but I got sidetrack at the end of 2016 with the injury (being actually chronic back pain) and I want to kick start my journey again with what I can do.

I'm also a member of the Biggest Loser Challenge in the Scarlet Dragons team which I totally love and well I'm just a human trying to better myself.

I don't work out of the house but I recently opened up a shop on Etsy to sell my creations and sculptures which I really enjoy making on days where I have enough spoons and energy. Which for those is most days. It's actually giving me more energy sometimes then it is taken.

Other then that, well I'm a really simple person. I enjoy every little thing that are made possible for me and to me in my life. I enjoy creating and imagining characters and stories and what not.
When I'm not sculpting or cuddling with my beloved dog Willow I spend time with my husband and my brother and I like playing video games although I've cut back on it to concentrate on sculpting. I like reading, watching movies and TV shows that I grab at our local library and figuring out our flower garden.

Slowly rediscovering exercise and learning what works for me and what doesn't and appreciating movements in every form even the slower ones.

My Goals:

Spring challenge with the Scarlet dragons is starting March 7 and for those 10 weeks I would like to lose 10 pounds which is realistic, but I'm 17 pounds away of being in the 200s club and if that happen I would be just full of joy.

My Program:

I have to be careful with my back or it gets in a spiral of inflammation then I have to get to the ER and so on, so I try to be mindful of my body, respect that I can no longer do some of the movements I use to be able to to or like and just go a day at a time.
Usually my workouts will include a small walk (loving Leslie Sansone walks), some seated strength training or Yoga and some Tai Chi.

Other than that I'm focusing on the following :

-- drink 8 glasses of water daily and more
-- control my portions (following the diabetics program I was given) (eat around 1800-2000 cal / day)

Other Information:

-- I enjoy everything that's crafting or close to and that implies creating things.
-- I like video games
-- I like reading, watching TV series but I'm almost always 2-3 seasons behind, I like movies, music, etc ...
-- I enjoy life and can have fun with very little
-- I'm really simple, easily happy and pleased in life.
