I used SparkPeople to lose 70 pounds a couple of years ago, under the name THE_HAVAH. Now I'm back for a fresh start! I chose the new name GodWomanHome from a translation of my first name, Elizabeth.

Life has changed a lot, including a change in profession, a move across country, and a new beloved. My goals now include moving more and feeling better after taking some time to process all that change.

I enjoy biking, walking, yoga and various kinds of dance. I will be returning to racewalking with my second half-marathon in December of 2009.

My Goals:
Food goals:
1) Keep mindful of what I'm eating and why.

Movement goals:
1) Cardio 5x a week.
2) Strength training 3x a week.
3) ENJOY MYSELF!! Appreciate all the options I now have for working out.
4) Begin to incorporate 2 mile walks when able. (This is in prep for my training program to walk a half marathon later this year).

My Program:
My cardio options include:
1) biking by myself
2) biking with my honey
3) walking
4) yoga - short program emphasizing stretching
5) yoga - longer vinyasa program
6) bellydance!
7) power stepping dvd

... and more as I discover them!
