Starting over....again. Not much else to say, just going it very slow again. Working out just 15 minutes a day while watching what I eat. Somewhat tracking my food, but not religiously as of yet, mostly concentrating on working out and not eating processed food.

Fitness Minutes: 1,881

My Goals:
Frankly by big goal is to get down to 110. Down to only needing to lose 38 pounds until my final goal!

I'm also currently training to do a 5k October 15th for charity. I know I won't win but I want my time to be under 45 minutes, so far I'm at 55 minutes which isn't too bad for me.

9/30/11-145
10/31/11-140
11/30/11-135
12/31/11-130
1/31/12-125
2/29-12-120
3/31/12-115
4/30/12-110!

I had to change those because it has become very evident has I lose more it is becoming that much harder to lose anything lol.


My Program:
While it is starting to become harder to lose, I'm gonna kick myself into gear and really up my cardio over the next couple of months. I've mainly been concentrating on my dietary changes and I've gotten to the point that I don't really even need to track most days (which makes me uber happy :D).



Personal Information:
My real name is Tina and I'm from the oh so flaming hot south. Work in a hospital laboratory as a technician...such a behind the scenes unknown piece of patient health care.


Other Information:
I'm an organic foods fanatic. If there's an organic version you can bet it's in my house. I read just about anything I can pick up, but mainly science based fiction and fantasy of all kinds.
