Life gets very busy. I find that Spark People has been a great tool for keeping on target with my health & fitness goals, with all of the other things I have going on in my life. I have wanted to become a runner all my life, and have learned so much about running, with all the articles and the team posts and blogs. Some of the info has been priceless with my training. So far, so good... I am finally making progress with weightloss. Steady as she goes. I am loving this life change!

Some activities I enjoy are dancing, yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Belly Dancing, and rock climbing. I've also recently gotten into RUNNING, although I'm still building up my stamina there. Man! Running is tough starting out, but I am already becoming a huge fan of it!!

My Goals:
By Nov 1st:
-lose 5 lbs (go from 142 to 127) and lose 1" off my waist

By Dec 1st:
-lose another 3 lbs (go from 127 to 124) and lose an additional 1/2" off my waist)

By Jan 1st:
-maintain weight off 124 lbs through the holidays

By Feb 1st:
-lose another 4 lbs (go from 124 to 120) and lose an additional 1" off my waist

My Program:
Running 3x/week

Fluidity Bar/weights 3x/week

Zumba 1x/week

Plenty of stretching throughout

I used to teach ballroom dancing at a studio in Dallas, and have been thinking about getting back into it.

I have written an award winning campy horror screenplay, that my co-writer has been shopping around for a few years. Keep the awards coming!!
