    Goddess - your question in the Apples to Orange challenge for 30 somethings with 50-99 lbs to lose. You can log your fitness and str minutes daily or weekly, whatever is best for you. What matters most is that you log them. Just follow suit and post the minutes prior (IE: 20,000) plus your minutes (60) = new total (20,060).
