Baked some good old no-knead bread today - only instant yeast, flour, water, & salt needed!

My Goals:
Get back to 120 pounds like I used to be and maintain that weight, run a marathon (can already run 9 miles without too much difficulty - it's hard but doable and I was able to run much longer comfortably in the past), run a triathlon (when I'm comfortable, I'll get back into swimming again), get into a habit of drinking 8 cups of water per day, start and stick to the Ballet Beautiful program, start lifting weights, sleep 8-9 hours per night as often as possible, read for pleasure at least 30 minutes per day, study French for 30 minutes every other day, write at least 100 words for pleasure every day, keep a journal thrice weekly, walk to church and the art museum every week, maintain this account consistently!

My Program:
Currently making sure I run at least three miles 4 times weekly. I walk a lot already to get my groceries, go to classes, etc. When I get a DVD player, I'll start the Ballet Beautiful program as well. And I want to start lifting weights in March. I consume about 1200 calories on days I don't run, and about 1500 on days that I do.

Personal Information:
I love to read and write and run. I grew up in the Blue Ridge Mountains and am deeply fond of the outdoors so living in the city for law school has been difficult for me at first but I've found good running routes that take me to green places and living near a harbor allows me to enjoy being near the sea, which I wasn't able to do in my landlocked hometown.

Other Information:
When I reach my goal, hopefully around the end of April, I'd like to go on a shopping spree. There are a lot of nice stores in the city that I didn't have access to in my hometown, and I want to take advantage of that.
