I used to be really really fit until I met my husband 8 years ago. Then I just stopped exercising for the most part. Stopped running, stopped working out. I had never watched my calories in my life and over time things started to catch up with me.

Thanks to Spark People I have lost 12 lbs since December, 2010.

    I don't imagine that $100 in Running Room gift cards will go far at all...but I'd rather only have to pay $50 for a pair of running shoes than $150. *lol* I can't wait till the cards arrive so I can go shopping. hehe
