now doing bikram yoga to: Go from 156 (May weight) to 149 by 7/31/2011 DONE

Next goal is to go from 149-July to 144.9 by September 13th (5 pounds in 8 weeks)
9/13/11- 144.9 DONE!

1/7/12- currently weight in at 145.1 (I gained 1.2 pounds this semester). 19 pound until my goal weight. have lost exactly 15.

To exercise daily by walking places as much as possible.

To constantly be aware of every decision I make and think if it will get me closer to the goal of:

Being a machine that can just dash off with a burst of speed. I want food to be fuel and my body to be a racing car. I want not to be lethargic or sluggish, I will be PROACTIVE!

I also want to look in the mirror and KNOW I look my best because I went for the gold, sweated for it, and got to reveal my gorgeousness!

My Program:
keeping my good habits 85% of the time and not assaulting myself when I go off.

March Goals:

Prepack healthy lunches and snacks for school and work (the night before)

Drink 8 cups of water daily

Go biking once a week

playing chess, solving crosswords on the train and exercising my mind.

to travel and explore new places.

I love the support I get from strangers who become sort of friends as we journey toward our various goals.

    Hey there! I have been meaning to stop by and thank you for all of your nice comments and support!

    That race in the video...yup we run through water at several points and mud and all kinds of stuff. It is hard and you really feel like you have been beaten up afterwards but you feel amazing for having accomplished it. I really hope I am better and able to do it this year.

    How have you been doing? So often you are so very busy. Have you had a little free time lately? How is school? I love your new pics!
