I'm a 31 year East Coaster living on the West Coast staying/becoming kick-ass.

I did Jillian Michael's '30 Day Shred' June-November 2014. 'Ripped in 30' week 3 injured my shoulder, so I switched to walking and an abs challenge until January 19 2015. And then back to 'RI30' and '30DS'. Moved across the country, took a multi-month break, and am now back to '30DS' again. 'Sticking with what works.
