    I ate really bad yesterday, I think I was just really stressed out with Preston being gone. I can't ever sleep when he is away and the kids are on every last nerve when I don't get any kind of a break. I am trying to forget yesterday and start again today. Have to work out after I get off work, Hopefully. This week is going to be super busy/ stressful, but hopefully things are going to get better soon. emoticon

    Well I was 157.0 after my run today. I was hoping for 2 more lbs but at least I lost this week. I did feel really crappy and I started my period. Hopefully next week I can lose 4-6 lbs to catch up?? I guess we will see. emoticon

    Are you still set up to hit your goal of 155 by Sunday? We only have 2 days just make them count. Stay focused and eat good, exercise today really hard and tomorrow even harder. You will be there if you do. emoticon

    Well only 1 more lb until you reach your goal for this week. I think you got it this week. I still have a few to go but I will be running 5 miles tonight so I hope that knocks off about 1.5 lbs?? We shall see I guess. I feel really crappy today more sick. My goal next week is to not be sick. haha. emoticon

    I just don't like changing my tracker I think it keeps me motivated to have more to lose. I am hoping to fit into a dress I haven't worn for Easter and for it to fit and that I don't look like a stuffed sausage. Weighing 150 by Easter it still may be a little tight but at least we are getting there. emoticon Bacon was the closest pic they had to sausage I was trying to give you a visual. haha
