    Well I ran 3.5 miles with no problems with the ankle, then did 1.5 miles on the elliptical trainer. Still at 157 though. I need to buckle down and stop eating late at night. I think it is effecting my weight loss or should I say non-loss. I want to be under 155 by Sun. Crossing my fingers. emoticon P.S. the picture is a guy throwing a scale out the window, haha.

    After my terrible eating escapade on Sat and Sun I am trying to get back down to 155 by the weekend. I hope I don't ever do that again. emoticon

    I may have to go get my ankle checked out. I was 156 after my 1/2 run today, I hope I lose 2 more lbs by Sun. Next week I want to be out of the 150's by the 7th. I am crossing my fingers. emoticon

    Just got done running my 5 miler today. I have the worst headache, it really sucks to run when you have a headache. emoticon After my run I was at 155.4

    If we keep going good this week next week we may very well be out of the 150's. It seems like it is taking a long time but we should look a lot better by summer. Hang up that swim suit to inspire you a little. emoticon
