Introduction Text Hi, I am Gina and am 55 years old. The husband and I recently celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary. We are the proud parents to 2 wonderful daughters and an amazing son-in-law. In October our first grandchild was born and he is the light of our lives. I have been overweight most of my life. Every time I see some success in losing weight I hit a wall, and end up gaining back more. I am more than ready to finally commit to a better lifestyle and choosing a healthier diet and this time I won't be giving up, I will just work harder until I reach my goals.

Short term goals: -Lose 11 pounds (5%) -Walk 5k steps a day -Eat 4-5 fruits and veggies a day -Drink 8-8oz glasses of water a day -8 hours of sleep a night.
