Hello everyone and welcome to my SparkPage. Here is a little about me:
I joined SP in 2007 and followed the plan off and on until now. I have never been satisfied with my body even when I was at my WW goal weight 14 years ago. I am now older (turned 40 last fall) and wiser, and I am learning to love myself no matter my shape or size.
Why is this time different? Because I have DECIDED to change my life! My goals are to be kinder to myself, aim to be healthier, to be fit, happy, to feel and look good, be proud, and get my life back on track. I know this is going to be hard, I will want to quit sometimes...but quitting will not bring me any closer to my goals. I know this is not a quick fix but a life commitment. I will succeed! I go!
Do not wish me luck, because luck has nothing to do with it!

My Goals:
BEING HEALTHY IS MY TOP PRIORITY. So I will feel great about myself and my positive health will have a very positive effect on everything I do!
This time I won't give up !!
Some things I will do to help me reach this goal:

I will track my food
I will drink my water
I will move more.
I will be kinder to myself
I will eat smaller portions.
I will be eating more healthy. Not so much junk food.
I will exercise more.
I will Stay focused and committed to becoming a healthier and more energetic me!

My Program:
I will stay on WW and journal both on Sparkpeople and in my daily food journal, stay within my calorie and points range.
Strength train 2 times a week, and cardio 6 times a week for at least 30 minutes.
