    RMR is Resting (Basal) Metabolism Rate. For more on the calculations, copy & paste this link and see if you can calculate the same for yourself. The point of these calculations is to figure out your calorie deficit. You see 1 pound = 3500 cals. So if you have a calorie deficit of 3500, you will lose 1 pound. Here is the link:
