    I did the 30 day shred a couple of years ago, it is great. I let a coworker borrow it and don't have it back yet but the 20 minute workouts are easy to fit in and you can modify to fit your fitness level. I have not been really active on SP lately but wanted to stop by and cheer you on. Keep moving and do't quit!

    Hi there! I got your message! Yes, I'm still working hard on my diet. I lost some weight and am officially now "overweight" rather than "obese." I still have a long way to go though to get to goal. Keep going with your workouts! I have not been working out as much-- just walking. I 'm mostly concentrating on diet-- using the Primal Blueprint. Have you read the latest Gary Taubes book? I'm listening to it on my ipod and it is very interesting. Keep up the good work and man, I sure admire you for doing the 30 Day Shred!
