I'm becoming who I want to be. Not just with my weight, but in other areas of my life too. I can't be passive and just wish things were different; I have be proactive and do something about it! This is just one step in the journey.

Fitness Minutes: 1,495

My Goals:
My goals are not all about food or weight. Here's a few of the most important.

- Get out of debt! (Only $3675 to go. But hey, I AM making progress!!)
- To be able to do a pushup with ease.
- To throughly clean my room--maybe even redecorate?--and then maintain it!
- To write a book (primarily the ending--that's the hardest part for me!)
- To be one of the 5% who can maintain their weight long-term.

Goals met:
- Got my driver's license August 9th, 2012.
- Paid off college loan August 20th, 2012. (Still working on personal loan.)
- Down to one full-time job October 17th, 2012. (Still wishing it was one I loved though instead of one I already have had for over six years. :P Still, it's full-time work. And I got a raise!)
- Entered the virtual Trick or Treat Trot race with a time of 44:32 October 28th, 2012. (My sister beat my time by 1:27.)
- Got to my goal weight of 120 November 1st, 2012! (Now in maintenance mode.)

My Program:
- Weight maintenance: Follow the SP recommendations for calorie range and try to be intentionally active.
- Debt: Stick to my repayment plan, and save at least half of any extra money for a 3-mo. emergency fund so this hopefully won't happen again.
- Pushup: Practice wall push ups and periodically try a real pushup.
- Cleanliness: If SparkGuy can exercise 10 minutes a day, I figure I can clean for 10 minutes a day. :)
- Writing: Participate in NaNoWriMo in November!

Some random information about me:

- I'm in my mid-twenties - and just got my driver's license.
- I was a premature baby - and have a paralyzed vocal cord.
- I'm passionate about social justice causes - and am saving my money to travel back to Colombia and Indonesia to see my Compassion kids!

I'm HA040216's sister. :)

Believe me, it's SO much easier when you have a partner/friend to do this with you!!
