I want to lose 30-45 pounds. My start weight is 196. I am planning my meals according to calories and trying, for the most part, to keep the carbs low and to stay away from processed foods. I had been at 174-180 for the last 4 years while I lived in Mexico. I moved back to the US and gained 20 pounds. Before then I weighed 227 at my highest, and even though I have made good progess overall, I am not done yet. I am getting older and I realize that I need to be smarter in how I try to lose weight because the old ways don't work for me anymore. I aim for daily cardio and hopefully add some strength training. I do not have an end point to my weightloss until I get to my goal, however long that will take. My goal weight is between 135-145.

My Goals:
Lose 35-45 pounds. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Take fiber supplement to aid in digestion daily. Get in 40-60 minutes of cardio daily. Get good sleep. Do daily measures to help control stress, like getting off of the computer, slowing down, and even take a nap if I need it.


My Program:
Make Meal Plan to follow all week so that I don't question amounts or calories. Daily cardio. Some strength training when able. Witch's Brew 3 Xs a day (glass of water, 1tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp tumeric, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes, 2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar), Daily Fiber supp. Daily Complete Vitamin.

Been obese since 2007 when I had my son, Victor. Been trying to lose weight since then, but never had too much success. In 2013, the family and I moved to Mexico. In 2019 we moved back to the United States. Trying to keep overeating out of the picture. Keeping as active as I can while juggling family life.

    I am doing really good. I have been on my bike everyday in April. That is THREE days in a row! LOL not for long periods just about 20-25 minutes but it is a start!

    Hey Sweetie!!

    Thanks for stopping by my page. I took a break from running but I started back up this past Monday. I love to hate to run. I just wish I could loss some weight. The inside of my body is so messed up and I am not sure how to fix it. So ... I am taking a break from the scale. I am going to do things that make me happy (running, Zumba, spin, ect) but not worry about the numbers. Hopefully at some time, my body will catch up with my mind and realize that losing weight is a good thing. LOL!!
