Healthy lifestyle! GO!
New for 2018 - I've been here since 2005! When I first began I was very motivated to lose weight. I lost 48 pounds with the help of Sparkpeople tools and support from the coaches and people here. I have to say that it seemed easy and I thought I was set for life!
Over time, I've put some weight back on and have slipped into some old habits. I know what to do. I look back when I lost the weight and how easy it seemed when I was going through the process.

I thought I didn't need to track any more, but tracking my food is the only way I can stay accountable to myself. I will track daily at least once per day.

My Program:
Lose 1 - 2 pounds per week.
Use Nutrition Tracker daily
Exercise 3 - 4 times per week (for now)
Personal Information:
I'm married, 60, no children, two dogs, and one cat.
Other Information:
Interests include gardening, cooking, reading, and music.
I'm a member of a CART (County Animal Response Team) and RedRover and American Humane animal response teams.

Go to the top of the Tool Bar to Community, come down the menu to "Spark Pages" and click and there on the right side is "The Motivator of the Day." each day.
Also, a weekly motivator is always featured in the Spark Mail.
