Fitness Minutes: 5,745

My Goals:
1. Loose 50lbs+

2. Lifetime commitment to Healthy Eating.

3. Lifetime commitment to exercise.

4. Become more limber.

5. Stay healthy in social situations.

6. Learn to turn stress, sadness etc. towards something other than food.

My Program:
 I document my food eaten everyday in Spark. I try to make everything an active exercise until I go to bed. I exercise at least 5 days per week and try to do some sort of exercise everyday.


Personal Information:
I live in Spokane, WA

I have a 23-year-old son, Shayne, who is the light of my life.

Other Information:
 I love to read but barely have time these days except for my favorite magazine. Prevention
