    dont rely just on motivation, keep your attention, your focus on being healthy, how it feels to get in a great workout, how eating well gives you clarity and you feel less weighed down and lethargic. keep in mind that you are not going to see all of the benefits in one week or one month but you will feel better everyday you choose to be actively healthy, can you just imagine what it will be like after a year, 2 -3 years, boy now that is something to look forward too but dont take my word for it.

    I read your past few blogs and I totally understand how frustrating it is when you work hard and the scale doesn't move or goes the wrong way. I've spent most of my life obsessively weighing myself and it doesn't do any good. As hard as it is I'd suggest trying to not rely so heavily on the scale. I have to constantly tell myself that no matter what the number says I'm working out and eating healthy and that is what matters most. Sure, I want to lose weight and hope the scale will eventually reflect my hard work (consistently anyway vs being up a lb. down a lb. etc) but if it doesn't I'm sure I'll at least have a toned body with all this work!!

    Hey there! Thanks for your comment on my blog! You're right, I am TOTALLY serious about my family's competition. And it's been so surprising to see the weight fall off my body when all I've done is cut cals and exercise every day. I feel better than I ever have!

    Wow. That sounds amazing still, I know that when you do a job it gets old to you, you know?

    At the bank, now I enjoy it. I'm simply a teller now. I was a supervisor but I resigned from my position and went back to being a teller. I don't have the personality for being supervisor, but I love working with loans. I want to be a loan officer but there are no positions open. The supervisor was as close as I could get, but it was so miserable it wasn't worth it. Luckily I work at such a place that they were happy to work with me so that I wouldn't leave.

    So how's the workouts going? Today I ate a lot more and was able to do a better workout than I have in a long time. It felt wonderful. Let me know how you're doing!
