It is time for a healthier me....
But...
I am to busy..
I am to old..
I don't want to give up my fast food...
Well Cassandra cry me a river..build a bridge and get over it..
It is time for a healthier you..

If you do not want to exercize with me...Get out of my way

My Goals:
Increase physical activities...
Drink more water...



My Program:
Slowly increase my activities to include taking the dogs for a longer walk. Using chores as housework to count as exercize. Cut down on the junk foods that I snack on and increase more veg and fruits.
Drink as much water as I can.
Spend some time on the Dance Dance Revolution with the Play Station 2. Great workout and lots of fun..



Personal Information:
I live in Florida and I am 48 years old.


As a wahm, it is very difficult to find the time to set up an exercize routine. Because I have choosen a non-traditional form of employment, I spend a great deal of my day at my computer working with little or no exercize.
I often find that my meals are also something that needs a makeover since I usually find things to snack on between calls.

    Thank you for the advice. I am going to add you to my friends, if you don't mind. I will take your advice as soon as I get my butt moving and E. I am struggling with that right now, but not beating myself up over it. I am doing what I can which is working on my food choices. I haven't really done so bad. About 50% right now! :) Which is a lot better than not at all, ya know! 2008 is it!! I don't have time to mess around anymore. I love your cry me a river.... great! Love it! I had a friend tell me something like that last year about now about something else entirely, but it is true now, too. If I don't like something about myself, get over it and MOVE ON!! Do something about it, ya know?! Well, I am going to apply that to my health. I don't like it, so NOW is the time to do something about it. I can't worry about tomorrow's or yesterday's choices, only the ones NOW!! I can make the best one! Thanks for listening. I will check your blogs out. Check ya lata...

    Hi, Cassandra! Glad to hear you agree with no more drama. I needed to re-read it myself about an hour ago. Some friends dropped by, and instead of making something I could eat on my chosen food plan, I ordered pizza for everyone. Yes, I ordered it because she had her 16 year old son with her, and it was a treat for them considering their life situation right now, but not the right choice for me! I will learn from this, and next time just consider it their treat! and fix me what will get me to my goal... NO MORE EXCUSES!! huh?! Anyway, thanks for agreeing with me. I am actually in the process of changing it. I decided to keep track of my thoughts as I journey by changing my statement from time to time (now it is about every 3 days lol), and using the old one for my most recent blog. Hopefully, I will see growth as I go along which will encourage me! I have talked your ear off... :) I LOVE YOUR getoutof myway! I need to say that to myself!! I am my worst enemy at times.
