ok it is November, the day before Thanksgiving. I don't want to be glutton any more. and I don't like my progress. So, as of today I am going togive it all to God. If I lose any weight or do anything correct it is because I have the right motivation . So I commit this day to Love God who is all good, and even this body, and be an encourager to otthers on this journey.

1. I am starting a Bible study program to get this monkey off my back.
Pre plan and Tracking my diet and exercize

Personal Information:
My husbad and I have three married children and 5 grandchildren. Our cat and dog love each other like the lion and lamb in the time of peace. Life is an amazing adventure.

Other Information:
My life is very flexible: I sustitute teach grades k-12. I rarely know what my day will hold until 6:00 A.M. on workdays. I have been obesely overweight for 8 years(since I ruptured three discs. ) I wear Z-coil shoes to help me walk with out pain. I have tried a lot of diet programs... and end up gaining weight. I haven't been gaining weight on Sparks, but I haven't been losing either. So I restarted a commitment on 8/22,2009 to put God first in my eating and to listen for hunger, not a diet plan. I will still take the doctor prescriptions and vitamins given for my health condition.
