The force was with me. 39 lbs lost at this point!

This picture would have been so cute, but I look like the fattest butterfly ever. This helped push me to really watch my food intake. Before this, I was just exercising.

My name is Stephanie and this is my 3rd time losing a large chunk of weight. I was never overweight till I had a child. After my son was born I had to lose weight. I lost 58lbs. I only kept it off for 4yrs. I gained that back as well as a few more in 8yrs. As I got more put on me at work, I took less time for myself. That combined with eating the same as my fiance who has only gained 6lbs since high school, just allowed the weight to creep up. I went on to lose 44lbs for my wedding in 2012. In 5 more years I gained that all back. Here I am again trying to take control of my body back. It's harder than anything I have ever had to do. It is not just a daily commitment, it is hour by hour for me. I am constantly like, oh, can't eat this or that, need to exercise, choose this not that. It is exhausting. I wonder how some people just don't gain weight or are that in tune with their bodies that they automatically eat what is right for them.

My Goals:
I want to lose weight to look and feel better. I don't want my weight to hold me back from doing things with my family. The weight really has destroyed my self confidence. I need to find that again.

My Program:
I am exercising almost daily b/c it burns calories and makes me feel better energy wise. I am watching my portions and paying attention to what I put in my body. I have actually started eating stuff I would have thought was weird. Typical breakfast: scrambled eggs with almond milk and scallions, asparagus, roma tomato, and sweet bell peppers. This is so much food, but little calories and packed with good stuff. I would have never thought of this to be a breakfast choice. Asparagus for breakfast seemed weird, but I really love it. Hoping to make better snack choices as well.

Personal Information:
I am a mom to a wonderful 17yr old. I am married to a wonderful man. I live in Ohio. I manage an RV Resort that has won Park of the Year 2 times since managing. My job is hectic and stressful and consumes the majority of my time. I have seen in the last 5 years that this job is too consuming of my mental energy and therefore I am somewhat mindless when it comes to the rest of my life. The stress levels are more than a normal person can handle.

Other Information:
I love sci fi shows and movies. I also like horror movies. I like to dance and I like to play Dance Central on the xbox Kinnect, which for a video game is super fabulous b/c it's fun and you get exercise! We do HelloFresh 3 nights a week. It has opened my tastebuds to foods I wouldn't have tried otherwise. It is all fresh, organic food, but sometimes the calories are a little high. That is the one thing I have to be cautious of.
