Trying to take better care of my health and my body


I'm an extremely sedentary woman and I haven't been eating well. As a result, I'm out of shape and overweight. I want to be a better example for my children, and I want to live a long happy life. I can't do either of those things if I don't make some major changes. That's why I'm here.

My Goals:
I'd really like to be able to do a 5k. I'm so not there yet, though. Not for a while.

My Program:
 I'm still figuring out what my program will be. I need to eat better and move more, that much I know.
