My Goals:
Got back on track this summer with three triathlons. Looking to do a half Ironman next year..
My Program:
My preference is always running but after a fractured hip 5 years ago I learned to switch it up. So, I am big on cardio, biking, running and swimming. Trying to work on consistent strength training now as well.
Personal Information:
I live in the land of cheeseheads, Green Bay, WI. Land of cheese, brats and beer don't really balance well with healthy lifestyle not to mention the crazy winters but it can be done with focus.
