New year, new beginnings
I find myself almost at the beginning again. I decided to start this path about 4 years ago and I almost immediately lost about 30 lbs. I then got comfy with that number even though I was still overweight and I hit a plateau. Then I just let life get in the way, depression and anxiety, jobs... excuses and here I am in square one. The end of 2015 was a bittersweet moment in which I realized that I lack commitment to everything I do, and so here I am, committed to make this year different, so in ...

I then got comfy with that number even though I was still overweight and I hit a plateau. Then I just let life get in the way, depression and anxiety, jobs... excuses and here I am in square one. The end of 2015 was a bittersweet moment in which I realized that I lack commitment to everything I do, and so here I am, committed to make this year different, so in the last minutes to the end of the year, I made myself a promise to make my life worth living. More colorful, more positive, and healthy and I have every intention of actually doing it this time around.

I will keep them short term:
Become a happier, livelier person. Laugh more, be healthy.
My Program:
Walk/Jog- 3/4 times a week - hopefully become a runner in the future
ST- 3 times a week and try to include more stretching
1 rest day if any!
Personal Information:
I live such a sedentary life that I really don't like. I love hiking and walking. Reading is a passion of mine since I was a little girl.
