Reach for the sky...then reach higher!
Hello Everyone! I'm back and trying to get to my goal weight! this thing is way outdated and I'm here to start new and to get to my goals. I'm a 27 year old mother of 3, I have a 4 year old, a 3 year old and a 1 year old. A brief recap of where I was the last time I was in serious mode. I ran my first 1/2 marathon and with in a month I found out I was pregnant. Hello Everyone! I'm back and trying to get to my goal weight! this thing is way outdated and I'm here to start new and to get to my goals. I'm a 27 year old mother of 3, I have a 4 year old, a 3 year old and a 1 year old. A brief recap of where I was the last time I was in serious mode. I ran my first 1/2 marathon and with in a month I found out I was pregnant. I have been at two new jobs so far this school year and it has taken a lot out of me, being a new teacher, having a newborn and three kids is tough. My goals now are to get back to where I was and keep going. My plan is to get back into the routine of working out and eating healthy.
Eating: follow 17 day diet with modification when necessary.
Exercise: Run 5 days a week, gradually building up mileage and train to complete first marathon by Late Summer, or Early fall.

* To cook healthy meals for my family and teach my children how to cook healthy as well
* get back to the 130's again
* run a marathon
* compete in a triathlon
* help others achieve their goals
* go 5 "real" pull ups!
My Program:
Nutrition: I try to eat clean and follow the Principal as best I can.
Fitness: I'm a runner and try to run 3-6 times per week. For strength, I alternate Jillian Micheal's 30 day shred, No more trouble zones, and burn fat boost metabolism.
Personal Information:
I am a 25 year old mother of two beautiful babies and a wife to a very supportive husband. I am also a middle school teacher. I aspire to change the world one person at a time.
Other Information:
My daughter is 2 years old and my son is 1 year old. I'm not sure if I'll have any more, but what ever happens happens.
