I know all there is to know about HOW to lose weight. Exercise more, eat less, eat the right foods, drink the right amount of water, and the list goes on and on. I'm on the money for the most part but need to be consistent in order for the weight to come off! I'm committed this time around even though I have said this in the past and the cycle of ups and downs has haunted me for my entire life. I do feel that I have the tools available to make the changes in my life that are necessary. Thanks to a new workout program and a newfound outlook on life, I know that losing the weight and being healthy is within my reach. I'm ready to take that first step, and then I'll take the first step again tomorrow and the next day and so on because I know that each day I must decide that my love for food and lack of motivation will not stop me from reaching my goals.

My Program:
I sporadically use the P90X videos and workouts, hiking, walking, and other activities.

I typically follow an Eat Clean diet consisting of:
Whole fruits and veggies, lean protein, avoid sugar, avoid alcohol, avoid processed foods, eat 4-5 meals a day.

Need to focus on being more consistent with the program!!
